Pumpkin Oat Cakes

1 c buttermilk 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c rolled oats 1/2 c white flour
1 egg white 1 TBS sugar
1/2 c pumpkin puree 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c milk 2 TBS wheat germ
1 TBS oil 1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda

Combine milk, oats in large bowl. Let stand 15 minutes.
Add egg, oil, pumpkin into oat/milk mixture. Blend well.
Combine whole-wheat, all purpose flour, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon.
Stir into batter.
Drop by 3 tablespoonfuls on greased griddle.
